We source Bourbon and Pacas beans from high elevation areas and volcanic regions in Honduras, Guatemala, and Nicaragua — known for their bold chocolate and sweet caramel flavor notes. Each roast celebrates the spirit of progress, generational hard work, and doing things the right way one sip at a time.
